Meet Dawn Woods
Dawn Woods, Founder-Director of Chamonix Mont Blanc Prestige, is an American who has been living and working as an independent real estate negotiator in France for the past 15 years. Dawn graduated from the University of California where she received a BA in History.
A Francophile from an early age, Dawn moved to France after her degree and immersed herself passionately in the history and the culture of France. An admiration and a fervent curiosity of architecture as well as a natural talent in public relations led to an natural decision to work in the real estate business.
After learning the ropes with Century 21 she moved on to work for several prestigious real estate agents in Paris, including Haussmann Prestige with whom she still corresponds on a regular basis.
An immense passion for the mountains and the alpine way of life eventually led her to the mythic Valley of Chamonix in the French Alps where she decided to settle permanently. She created Chamonix Mont-Blanc Prestige in partnership with the Emporio Estate Group ( Paris ) in the aim to not only assist international buyers in their search for a dream home but also to help vendors to sell their properties in the most optimal conditions.

She is a member of several local organizations and does not hesitate to donate a part of her commission to a few chosen associations on behalf of her clients. One of her most cherished associations is the Caisse de Secours en Montagne, created to support mountain guides and their families in the event of injury, sickness and death.
IN HER FREE TIME
Dawn is dedicated to her family. In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing tennis, hiking, camping, biking, horseback riding, and skiing of course!!!!!
